Who should attend?

SEHA Members who wish to gain or renew Level 1 or Level Community coach accreditation 

Accreditation Process – gaining your accreditation is a three part process:

SEHA encourages you to improve your hockey coaching performance by:

· familiarising yourself with the current FIH Hockey Rules and also any local departures from the rules as required in our local SEHA competition Rules (women's, juniors or schoolgirls)

· developing an awareness of the variety of skills, tactic, strategies and game structures for the modern game

· having the confidence to practice and integrate acquired knowledge and skills into your coaching game and consider becoming a SEHA rep coach.

Gaining Accreditation in 4 Steps

Step 1 - RSVP to attend the SEHA level1 workshop above link  

Step 2 - register/complete NCAS online module in your own time at this LINK

Level Community cost: free,

Level 1 cost: $50 to Hockey Australia

Step 3 – advise your club coaching coordinator that you wish to become a coach 

Step 4 - Attend a coaching workshop and practical assessment by a SEHA authorised assessor can be organised by your club coaching coordinator when you are ready for assessment. Note you cannot do the practical component until you have paid and completed the online module,
