Team Lists

Please submit your team lists for finals to – womensrego@seha.com.au by no later than 2/8/19.

Clubs will be advised by 9/8/19 if they have players on their list who are not eligible for games.

Eligibility and Exemptions

As prefaced at the commencement of the season –

1.      Players must have played 9 games to be eligible for finals in their own side or a lower graded team – please note, this % is in fact 9.6, however to provide some leniency this was revised down to 9 – no further leniency will be allowed.

2.      Injuries and representative duties should have been marked on the match cards on a weekly basis

3.      Injuries should have been supported by a doctors certificate presented within 14 days of the injury

If above criteria has been met, players will have received credit for the game on the particular day

Additional exemption requests are not required for the above conditions.

An example – a player was injured in Round 8 and will miss 6 weeks, a doctors certificate was provided the following week and the player was marked for 6 weeks on the card as injured. These 6 weeks are counted towards the playing tally and a separate exemption request is not required.

Any exemption requests for EXTRAORDINARY circumstances need to be submitted in writing as soon as possible and will not be accepted after 9/8/19.

Please consider wisely what you are submitting requests for, as frivilous requests will not be entertained and will be rejected immediately.

We consider the competition has been open with requirements from before the commencement this season and clubs have been given leeway to manage expectations and participation levels.

Thank you for your attention to these matters.
