An email has been sent to all registered parties ahead of tonight’s AGM commencing at 7:30pm containing the zoom details, and the AGM meeting pack. 

Please take time to review the contents of the AGM meeting pack. This AGM pack will be taken as read, to ensure we have time to focus on any questions related to any of the items, and to vote on items as required.

Any late registrations received prior to the close, will be emailed the zoom details, 15 minutes prior to the AGM.

Reminder:

Each club will be entitled to give one (1) vote, if there is more than one nominee for a position.  Each club may have up to 5 club members attend the AGM.

It is necessary to fill 3 Board Director Positions (2 year term) and Minute Secretary (1 year term). We also seek nominations for our portfolio conveenor and committee roles.

AGM Nomination forms were due by 5pm Sunday 27 October 2024 as follow:

• Nomination Form for Board Director position

• Nomination Form for Convenor or Committee position 

• Nomination Form for “voting club Delegate” position
