Registration for this event closes at Sun 03 Nov 2024 17:00.

Each club will be entitled to give one (1) vote, if there is more than one nominee for a position.  Each club may have up to 5 club members attend the AGM.

It is necessary to fill 3 Board Director Positions (2 year term) and Minute Secretary (1 year term). 

We also seek nominations for our portfolio conveenor and committee roles.

Summary of the club actions required to be returned to administration@seha.com.au 

  1. Forward this Notice to your SEHA club delegate to please hold the date.

  2. Any Notices of Motion are due to the SEHA Secretary by 5pm Sunday 27 October 2024 at email: administration@seha.com.au Note - Members entitled to vote may submit notices of motion for inclusion as special business at a General Meeting. All notices of motion must be submitted in writing to the Secretary not less than thirty-five (21) days (excluding receiving date and meeting date) prior to the General Meeting

ACTIONS: due by 5pm Sunday 27 October 2024 as follow:

  1. Nomination Form for Board Director position

  2. Nomination Form for Convenor or Committee position 

  3. Nomination Form for “voting club Delegate” position

  4. RSVP names for all attendees to ensure receipt of zoom link and papers ahead of AGM by 5pm 3 November 2024.

  • provide details of your delegate (name, email address and mobile) and any other attendees to receive zoom link

AGM papers pack and zoom link will be issued closer to the meeting.
