The HNSW Futures Academy is the new pathway strategy for all hockey athletes in NSW. In the Sydney Metro area, Hockey NSW is collaborating with its Sydney Metro member Associations, including Sydney East, to provide comprehensive performance support for the NSW hockey pathway.

A strength and conditioning program will be provided to do in your own time and environment

Attendees will incur a cost of $450 for the program and an optional addtional $25 annual fee for XPS on top only for new athletes not in the program previously.
XPS is a HNSW tool to record and monitor athlete progress and see updates.
