FORMAL NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Monday 11 December 2023  7.30pm – 8.30pm via zoom

 

All clubs within Sydney East Hockey Association (SEHA) as allocated by HockeyNSW are invited to attend the virtual Annual General Meeting on Monday 11 December 2023 commencing 7.30pm via zoom.

Each club will be entitled to give one (1) vote, if there is more than one nominee for a position.  Each club may have up to 5 club members attend the AGM.

It is necessary to fill 4 Board Director Positions (2 year term) and Minute Secretary (1 year term). 

For SEHA affiliated Club Secretary - Summary of the club actions required to be returned to administration@seha.com.au 

1. Forward this Notice to your SEHA club delegate to please hold the date.

2. Any Notices of Motion are due to the SEHA Secretary by Friday 28 October at email: administration@seha.com.au

Note - Members entitled to vote may submit notices of motion for inclusion as special business at a General Meeting. All notices of motion must be submitted in writing to the Secretary not less than thirty-five (35) days (excluding receiving date and meeting date) prior to the General Meeting

5. Nomination Form for “voting club Delegate” position

6. RSVP names for all attendees to ensure receipt of zoom link and papers ahead of AGM by 20 November 2023.

• provide details of your delegate (name, email address and mobile) and any other attendees to receive zoom link
